Clint Cornett brings over three decades of entrepreneurial and executive experience to C2 Racing Stable. A seasoned business strategist and technologist, Clint first entered the racing industry in the early 2000s, partnering with Mark under Turf Express, Inc., achieving notable early victories and industry recognition. Following a decade focused on building technology ventures and family priorities, Clint returned to the sport in 2021 with a bold vision—to reach the Kentucky Derby within two years. That ambition was realized when White Abarrio represented C2 Racing Stable on racing’s grandest stage, ultimately capturing the 2023 Breeders’ Cup Classic and affirming the stable’s elite standing. Today, Clint oversees all business operations, strategic planning, and organizational growth for C2 Racing Stable, ensuring that its investments and operations reflect a commitment to excellence, integrity, and long-term sustainability.
Mark Cornett: Racing Manager
With more than 30 years in thoroughbred management and bloodstock acquisitions, Mark Cornett is widely respected for his ability to identify championship-level horses. His résumé includes managing and acquiring multiple Eclipse Award winners such as Blind Luck, Dubai Majesty, and Soul of an Angel, who captured the 2024 Breeders’ Cup Filly & Mare Sprint before earning Eclipse honors. Mark also played a central role in acquiring and managing White Abarrio, the standout colt who delivered a career-defining victory in the 2023 Breeders’ Cup Classic, cementing C2 Racing Stable’s place among the sport’s elite ownership groups. Mark’s sharp bloodstock insight and expert timing have led to the acquisition and development of numerous graded stakes winners, strengthening C2 Racing Stable’s national presence.
